Processing & Shipping Times

  • Orders are processed within 2-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

  • Once shipped, delivery times vary based on location and selected shipping method:

    • Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days (U.S.)

    • Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days (U.S.)

    • International Orders Coming Soon!

Shipping Rates

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on order weight, shipping method, and destination.

  • Free standard shipping is available on U.S. orders over $50 before tax and discounts.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

  • Nature Luxe Co. is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they leave our facility.

  • If your order arrives damaged, please email us at customersupport@naturluxeco.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos for assistance.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

  • Please allow 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Incorrect Shipping Address

  • Please ensure your shipping address is correct before submitting your order.

  • If you need to make changes, contact us within 24 hours at customersupport@natureluxeco.com. We cannot guarantee address changes after this period.

Delayed or Missing Orders

  • If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please check your tracking information first.

  • If the package is marked as “delivered” but you did not receive it, check with neighbors or your local carrier.
