Processing & Shipping Times
Orders are processed within 2-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Once shipped, delivery times vary based on location and selected shipping method:
Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days (U.S.)
Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days (U.S.)

Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on order weight, shipping method, and destination.
Free standard shipping is available on U.S. orders over $50 before tax and discounts.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
Nature Luxe Co. is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they leave our facility.
If your order arrives damaged, please email us at customersupport@naturluxeco.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos for assistance.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Please allow 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before submitting your order.
If you need to make changes, contact us within 24 hours at customersupport@natureluxeco.com. We cannot guarantee address changes after this period.
Delayed or Missing Orders
If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please check your tracking information first.
If the package is marked as “delivered” but you did not receive it, check with neighbors or your local carrier.
