Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging unless defective or damaged.
Ship your return using a trackable shipping method to the return address provided by our team.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or incorrect.
Once we receive your return, please allow 5-7 business days for processing. If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method or to your credit account with Nature Luxe Co. Exchanges will be shipped out as soon as possible. A confirmation email with your tracking number will be sent. If you are not approved, one of our team members will contact you to discuss reasoning.
